The address of the page that breaks, and one sentence about what happens when you open it. That is enough to start. We reply the same day.
You don’t need to send us any code to start, and a private repository is not a problem. Most of what we look for on a first pass is visible from the outside. If reading the code turns out to be the only way to answer properly, we say so and tell you exactly what to send.
The first look is free. You get the actual cause in writing whether or not you order the repair.
We look before we quote. One fixed price after we have reproduced the problem, never before.
We open only what you send us. Nothing else of yours is touched, and anything we happen to notice goes in the report rather than into a change.
What we do and do not take on is on the services page. What we do with your message is in the privacy notice — briefly: it becomes an email and nothing else.
